How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start using TradeOS immediately with full access to all features in your selected plan. No credit card
required to start. If you love it (and you will!), add your payment info before the trial ends to
continue.
What counts as an "AI call"?
An AI call is any phone call answered by your TradeOS AI assistant. Whether it's a 30-second inquiry or
a 10-minute booking conversation, it counts as one call. Outbound reminder calls also count.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features
and we'll prorate your billing. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Is my data stored in Canada?
Yes! All customer data is stored in Canadian data centers (Google Cloud Montreal region). We're fully
compliant with PIPEDA and Canadian privacy regulations. Your customers' data never leaves Canada.
What happens if I exceed my call limit?
We won't cut you off! If you exceed your limit, calls still work but you'll be charged $1.50 per
additional call. We'll notify you when you're at 80% and 100% of your limit so there are no surprises.
